Description:
Hike the beautiful 13 mile Pioneer Trail at Jennings State Forest. This event will be a leisurely paced, guided hike along 13 miles of changing elevation and scenic views. This trail is often compared to a hike in the North Georgia Hills. You will be hiking approximately 5 miles per day, and setting up camp at predetermined camp zones along the trail. This event is a backcountry hiking/camping experience so please be prepared for tent camping, cooking over a fire and no electricity or restroom facilities. This is NOT a hunting event. There may be opportunities for fishing along Black Creek, depending on water levels.
Meals to be supplied: Lunch - February 3 and 4 Dinner - February 3 Breakfast - February 4

Participants will be drawn at random via the OOF website prior to the event. Participants will be selected to participate in only one event unless there are unfilled slots available at other events for which you have applied. Selected participants will be notified by email.
